0040 - Midwive examine my dilation and contraction, doesn't seems to be labour.
0100 - prepare for admission, due to suspect of waterbag leaking
0130 - admitted to my ward
0600 - nurse came into my room and wake me up to go down to delivery suite for checkup. |
0700 - gynae check for water bag, do drip
0730 - gynae break water bag (3cm dilated)
0745 - drip oxytocin
0800 - start to have mild menus cramp
0900 - start to do epidural procedure (4cm dilated)
0930 - epidural procedure completed
0945 - no pain at all, however very itchy due to side effect of epi. start to sleep
1100 - woke up due to feeling of contraction |
1145 - dr came to check epidural due to the pain from contraction, cos getting bad
1200 - dr increase epi doseage
1230 - no improvement from increase epi, midwive check and realise 9cm dilated. midwive comment i dilate very fast, they expect 1 cm/hour. no wonder the epi doesnt relief me at that time. use laughing gas for relief, which is better at that point.
1250 - dr came and add more doseage of epi and 1 other medicine to help me relief the pain.
1300 - midwive checked, 10cm dilated.
1320 - gynae came back to check me, he say baby very low position, can prepare to push.
1330 - start pushing with gynae help to push my tummy
1344 - baby Alicia is out. i think gynae helped alot with the pushing of my tummy, less than 10 push, baby is out. however, side effect is my left tummy abit blue black. haha.. | |
1400 - side effect of epi start to come, fever, shiver, and vomiting. however, still worth it, as i think it will be extremely painful without it.
